The product integrates micron-level geometric tolerance control (with an accuracy of ±0.003mm), high-speed rolling efficiency (with a linear speed of up to 500m/min), and a full-dimensional real-time feedback compensation system. Combined with a multimodal process matrix, it achieves high precision, high efficiency, and high stability in metal wire forming.
It is used for the rolling of high-precision rectangular wire (with precision requirements for thickness, width, and R-angle, and with straight edges), and is suitable for products in the tool industry, such as the production of raw material wires for high-precision saw blades.
